What a great experience. Alec and team spent the time to make sure I had every picture, description, video and any other thing I asked for. Being that I live on the other side of the country from them, it appeared that they did not want anyone to waste a trip without knowing everything possible about the coach. Inspections were done and services were completed. When we traveled out to look at it, Alec offered to pick us up, take us to the hotel and to his dealership the next day (we got in very late). We spent many hours going over the unit and he made sure we knew every detail on how the systems operate and how to use them. Once all of that was complete, we were able to come to an agreement and we returned home. He took the time to make sure every detail was completed on the unit and it was ready to be picked up and taken home. Upon return, the unit was perfect. Everything was finished and we were not only able to drive it home, but take it on our first trip that consisted of 4,300 miles and 2 weeks. What a great experience and I look forward to the continued relationship with Alec. He even called us while we were on our trip to make sure everything was going smoothly!

What a great buying experience! Alec was fantastic to work with, easy, honest, and no huge pressure sales tactics. We drove in from Southern California to inspect the coach and then we had an independent inspector do another inspection. Alec was very accommodating to the inspector. When I say honest, he did not try to know everything about the coach, he said there are things that we may not have uncovered. Whatever we found wrong during pre-sales Alec fixed it to our satisfaction. After sales we have a couple of issues, Alec said get a local mobile RV tech and I will reimburse you. Alec and Southwest are honest hard-working people. I would do business with them again and would refer them business.

I've worked with Alec and his team on both a purchase - a 2018 Newmar Mountain Aire as well as a consignment of my previous coach. In both cases it was a very straightforward, honest and transparent transaction. Alec is a pro and will definately go the extra mile to make sure you are happy. On the buy side, it was just as smooth as could be - I had an independent PDI done and there were minimal issues, the coach was pretty much exactly as described. Alec replaced all of the tires with factory spec ($9k!) to make sure we had peace of mind and he was easily available and took a lot of time to answer all of our questions. I'm delighted with the coach, we've been living full time in it for almost 6 months and it's absolutely everything I hoped it would be. On the consignment side, again, a great experience. They did a great job prepping and presenting my coach and worked really hard to secure the best possible price - in a reasonably tough market. Communication was first class and payment was prompt with no drama. I would at this point, consider Alec a friend. He's earned my trust, been extremely consistent and I can't recommend him highly enough. Buy or sell with confidence.

They couldn’t have been any better. When buying a Luxury coach, “who” you buy it from is important. They had the coach I wanted, and the price was right, but they’re over 1,700 miles away from me. It was absolutely worth the drive. Alec and Turner couldn’t have been more helpful or honest. Luxury coaches can be complicated. They spent a couple of days answering every question I had. Then, when the wiring in the truck I’d be towing behind my new purchase was wrong, they found someone to fix it. As we were going through the coach we discovered the dash AC was low on freon. They had it topped off, but conceded that there may be more serious problems causing the leak. Two months after taking delivery, I got it fixed and with no hesitation, they sent me a check for $1,800 to cover the repairs. They are honest people and you can trust them.
