What we collect
When you fill out a form on swluxurycoaches.com (contact, make an offer, trade-in value, video walkthrough, delivery quote, price alert or new-arrivals list), we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, message, and details about the coach you’re asking about or trading in, including any photos you upload.
How we use it
- To answer your inquiry and follow up about the coach you’re interested in
- To confirm appointments such as video walkthroughs and showroom visits
- To send updates on offers, trade-ins and deliveries you asked about
- To let you know about new arrivals or price drops, only if you signed up for them
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and reply to you (website hosting, our customer database, email and phone/text messaging services), and only for that purpose, or when the law requires it.
Text messages (SMS)
If you check the box on one of our forms, you agree to receive customer care text messages from Southwest Luxury Coaches (Southwest Luxury Coach Sales, LLC) at the number you provided about your inquiry and appointments, such as booking confirmations, appointment reminders and replies to your questions. These are customer care messages only; we do not send marketing texts.
